Lamb-Tastic

This is our all around seasoning. It was originally created to pair with our Katahdin lamb on our ranch. Lamb-Tastic pairs well with:  lamb, game meats, chicken, beef, fish, potatoes, beans, soups, eggs, and more!  One of my personal favorite uses is adding this to red potatoes like a caribbean jerk seasoning. 
 
This cumin blend, with hearty, earthy flavors, helps to counteract the strong flavors you can get from lamb or other game meats. We use high quality ingredients, such as garlic from the U.S., never from China. Please enjoy this spice as it has become a family favorite!
 
Ingredients: cumin, oregano, garlic (U.S. grown), thyme, salt, Aleppo pepper, black pepper, and parsley.
